The local you call is the local who turns up
Tom Sexton has lived in Byron Bay for over 25 years and has run Freedom Energy Solutions for more than twelve of them. When you ring 0420 141 078 you are not talking to a call centre or a sales team in another state. You are talking to the business that will design your system, install it and answer the phone years later when you have a question.
That matters in an industry full of national operators who sell hard and disappear once the panels are on. Our reputation lives here, on roofs across the Northern Rivers and New England, and on the same streets where we live.
Locally owned and operated
The people who quote your job are the people who install it. Read our Google reviews and you will see the same names come up, because customers meet the actual crew, not whoever a scheduling system sent that week. One reviewer put it simply: installation with Tom, Steve and Scott went very smoothly.
Why does that matter to you? Two reasons.
- Workmanship. One crew, one standard. Nobody cutting corners on a roof they will never see again, because we service what we install.
- Warranty. Our installation work is backed by our own five year installation warranty on top of the manufacturer warranties. One local company is responsible for the whole job from quote to aftercare, so there is never any finger pointing while your system sits idle.
Accredited, licensed and accountable
Freedom Energy Solutions is a Clean Energy Council accredited installer, and we hold NSW licence 41424BC. Every install is done to the relevant Australian standards, and we handle the paperwork with your electricity retailer and distributor so your system is connected and earning properly.
We service the Northern Rivers and New England regions of NSW, from the coast to the tablelands. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, call 0420 141 078 and ask.
