Every photo on this page is our own work. No stock imagery, no renders, no borrowed manufacturer shots, just solar systems and batteries we designed and installed across Byron Bay, Ballina, Kingscliff, Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah, Lismore, Armidale and Tamworth. Some go back to the earlier years of the business, and we have kept them here because those systems are still out there doing their job.
If you are weighing up quotes, this is the page worth reading twice. Anyone can publish a render. Look at the rail spacing, the cable management and how the switchboard work is finished, then ask whoever else is quoting you to show you the same.

Installs from our earlier years
These photos date from the first years of the business, when we installed up and down the east coast. The cameras were smaller then, but the workmanship holds up, and many of these systems are still producing today.

Areas we install solar and batteries
Freedom Energy is based in Byron Bay and works across the Northern Rivers and out into the New England tablelands. Each area has its own quirks, and the systems on this page were designed around them rather than dropped on from a template.
Salt air, afternoon shade off the hinterland and heritage roof structures. Coastal installs get salt rated hardware and isolators sited out of the weather.
